Job Overview:The Mid-Level IP Litigation Associate Attorney will be instrumental in managing intellectual property matters, specifically patent and/or trade secret litigation, and providing strategic counsel to clients. Duties:Represent clients in intellectual property litigation cases, with a focus on patent and/or trade secret disputes.Conduct thorough legal research and analysis to support litigation strategies and client advisement.Prepare and draft various legal documents including pleadings, motions, briefs, and client communications.Engage actively in all phases of litigation, including discovery, motion practice, and trial preparation.Collaborate closely with senior attorneys and partners to develop effective case strategies and manage client relationships.Provide legal guidance and assistance to clients on a wide range of intellectual property issues. Requirements:Admission to a State Bar is mandatory.Strong academic background in law and undergraduate studies is preferred.Preferred undergraduate degree in Biology, Chemistry, Materials Science, Genetics, Biochemistry, Computer Science, or Electrical Engineering.3-5 years of experience in intellectual property matters, particularly in patent and/or trade secret litigation.Demonstrated strong work ethic, leadership skills, and eagerness to assume increased responsibilities.Exceptional research and analytical capabilities.Excellent oral and written communication skills.Comprehensive understanding of legal and business principles relevant to intellectual property cases. Education/Certifications:Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.Admission to a State Bar. Skills:Proven track record in intellectual property litigation.Proficiency in legal research and writing.Strong analytical abilities.Effective communication skills, both verbally and in writing.Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
