We offer solutions to tomorrow's challenges.Our salesapproach begins by identifying customer demands before they become challenges.We're committed to delivering customer success through our comprehensiveexpertise in software and technology.Manage and lead the development of Honeywell Defense &Space competitive and non-competitive proposals in response to government, internationaland commercial solicitations/Requests for Proposals.Build, lead and manage teams of multi-functional individualsto deliver comprehensive, persuasive winning proposals in a short cycle time.This involves defining, developing, and coaching proposal teams to respond to ahighly technical request from external customers. This would include processand proposal training. Team leadership tasks include resource management,budget adherence, schedule, and proposal delivery compliance.Implement a defined and consistent proposal process includingproposal planning, leading the kick-off meeting; developing the proposalschedule; process leadership (compliance matrices, outlines, proposal reviews,etc.); assign team tasks, proposal status maintenance; issue resolution;managing production support; post submittal proposal update management. Key Responsibilities: Manage proposal process from cradle to grave Manage cross functional teams to meet strict deadlines Coordinate closely with the sales organization to ensure winning bids Analyze RFP requirements to determine compliant response structure and volume outlines Generate detailed RFP response plan and schedule Facilitate document and color reviews Work in progress, turnaround time and on time to receiver metrics reporting Manage process improvement projects Functional Team Collaboration U.S. PERSON REQUIREMENTS Due to compliance with U.S. export control laws and regulations, candidate must be a U.S. Person, which is defined as, a U.S. citizen, a U.S. permanent resident, or have protected status in the U.S. under asylum or refugee status or have the ability to obtain an export authorization YOU MUST HAVE: Bachelor's degree Minimum 3 years of proposal management, business development and/or business execution experience. (Primary contributors to proposals, such as Pricing, Sales, Program Management, Tech Sales, Engineering). Must be US citizen due to contractual requirements WE VALUE: Prior Aerospace experience preferred - Defense and Space experience is highly preferred Demonstrated the ability to quickly form and manage high performing proposal teams. Experience with diverse team building and virtual coordination Demonstrated ability to communicate at all levels, from the individual team contributor through executive management. Ability to train others effectively in the proposal process Motivating people to accomplish difficult tasks in a short time Able to manage multiple proposal development activities at the same time. Greenbelt certified.
