Forklift Loading Operator-2nd Shift

The Forklift Loading Operator is job classification CRE Loading Tech and is assigned to 2nd shift (6 PM - 2:30 AM, occasionally will be required to begin shift earlier) and paid $24.42 per hour (plus shift differential). Health and welfare benefits begin on date of hire. Core Functions: Operates Palletizers, Fork Trucks and other equipment associated with bag loading. Maintains a clean and orderly work area. Prepare vehicles for loading, loads and performs final coopering and sealing of those vehicles. Assumes responsibility for proper fork truck operation and daily maintenance. Other duties as needed to enhance the overall operation. Qualifications: Ability to operate forklift and achieve Bunge mobile equipment training and qualification and maintain qualification thereafter. Ability to communicate and collaborate effectively with co-workers, customer, and leadership is required. Ability to read, write and perform basic math for business-critical record keeping and compliance is required. Education/Experience: High School Diploma or GED, although preferred is not required. Need to have the capability to work in a team environment and maintain positive working relationships with other colleagues. Able to work a flexible work schedule and overtime when needed. Performs work in a manner that is in compliance with all policies and GMP rules. Reports any conditions that may put product quality at risk. Performs work in a safety conscious manner that is in compliance with all policies and procedures Reports any conditions that pose a safety risk to personnel and/or property.
