Description:
Primary Skill: Change Managers Required Skills: 7-10 years of applicable experience. Responsible for end-to-end oversight at the program level for a specified program and projects. Subject Matter Expert in Enterprise Change Standards, financial management, focus on execution and overall health. Experience preparing for and facilitates program level routines including pre and post release planning, financials management for project/program. Experience partnering with program level technology leaders and architects to ensure solutions delivered align to defined strategy. Highly proficient in project management tools and applications including GPP or PPRT, PCM. Experience collaborating across business and technology teams to identify and mitigate risk and solve program level problems. Experience with Jira. Experience with Agile Desired Skills: Previous experience within the Financial Services industry.
