Job Summary Summary: Conducts a range of HVAC maintenance tasks for ice makers and various refrigeration systems. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Maintains and repairs various equipment and systems utilizing both power and hand tools, along with any other required equipment. Carries out a range of semi-skilled and skilled tasks in different crafts, including plumbing, minor electrical repairs, and the maintenance of basic temperature control systems. Performs cleaning, lubrication, repair, and malfunction diagnosis of HVAC systems, ice makers, and refrigeration equipment. Contact supervisors, skilled trade vendors, or on-call personnel as instructed. Maintaining logs of performed work is crucial. Completes work orders, conducts tests, and performs inspections. Conducts established preventive maintenance and suggested enhancements for preventive maintenance systems and activities. Maintaining a clean and safe work environment is essential. Performs other duties as assigned. Assists in constructing weekly pallet orders for different branches. Safely navigates a box truck carrying weekly orders to the shipping department. Qualifications: EPA Universal certification card A valid driver's license and a clean Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) are required.
