Job Overview:The Senior Corporate Healthcare Regulatory Associate Attorney will be responsible for providing legal counsel and guidance on various healthcare regulatory matters. This role requires in-depth knowledge of key healthcare regulations and the ability to communicate effectively with clients and team members. Duties:Provide legal advice and counsel on healthcare regulatory matters, including compliance with Stark Law, Anti-Kickback Statute, Medicare conditions of participation, and state regulations.Conduct research and analysis on healthcare laws and regulations to ensure compliance.Assist in the development and implementation of compliance programs for healthcare clients.Draft and review legal documents, contracts, and agreements related to healthcare regulatory issues.Communicate regularly with clients to provide updates and guidance on regulatory matters.Collaborate with other attorneys and professionals within the firm to address client needs effectively.Stay current on changes and developments in healthcare laws and regulations. Requirements:5-7 years of experience focusing on regulatory matters in the healthcare sector.Admission to the Bar in the state.Outstanding academic credentials from an accredited law school. Education:Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school. Certifications:Admission to the Bar in the state. Skills:Familiarity with key healthcare regulatory requirements, including Stark Law, Anti-Kickback Statute, and Medicare conditions of participation.Experience in HIPAA, healthcare privacy, data breach, and other related areas is a plus.Strong oral communication, writing, research, and analytical skills.Ability to take ownership of projects and work effectively as part of a team.Excellent client communication and interpersonal skills.
