The ideal candidate should be admitted to the California Bar, possess a strong academic background from a top-tier law school, and demonstrate exceptional writing skills. Duties:Handle litigation matters related to trusts, estates, conservatorships, and adult guardianships.Conduct legal research, draft pleadings, motions, and other legal documents.Assist in case management, including document review, discovery, and trial preparation.Communicate effectively with clients, opposing counsel, and the court.Provide legal advice and counsel on trust and estate matters.Collaborate with senior attorneys on complex litigation matters. Requirements:Admission to the California Bar.1-6 years of litigation experience at an AmLaw 100 firm is preferred.Experience or exposure to trusts estates litigation or related issues is helpful.Strong academic credentials from a top-tier law school.Exceptional writing and analytical skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Education and Certifications:Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.Admission to the California State Bar. Skills:Proficiency in legal research and writing.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize workload effectively.Attention to detail and strong analytical skills.Familiarity with trusts estates law and fiduciary litigation is advantageous.
