Practice Area: Real Estate - General, Job Type: Attorney, Firm Type: Law Firm, Experience: 3 Years, A law firm in Los Angeles is seeking a Mid-level Real Estate Transactional Associate Attorney with 3-6 years of experience in acquisitions/dispositions, finance, leasing, and/or joint ventures. The ideal candidate should have excellent verbal, interpersonal, writing, and analytical skills, along with a strong attention to detail, high level of organization, and the ability to manage multiple projects. Experience with health care and/or negotiating construction agreements is a plus. Admission to the State Bar of California is required. Duties:Handle a variety of real estate transactional matters, including acquisitions, dispositions, finance, leasing, and joint ventures.Draft and negotiate real estate agreements, contracts, and other legal documents.Conduct due diligence and title review.Communicate effectively with clients, other team members, and third parties.Take ownership of projects and work collaboratively with team members.Provide legal advice and counsel on real estate matters. Requirements:Admission to the State Bar of California.3-6 years of experience in real estate transactions, with a focus on acquisitions/dispositions, finance, leasing, and/or joint ventures.Experience with health care and/or negotiating construction agreements is a plus.Excellent verbal, interpersonal, writing, and analytical skills.Strong attention to detail, high level of organization, and ability to manage multiple projects effectively.Ability to work well in a team environment and independently. Education and Certifications:Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.Admission to the State Bar of California. Skills:Proficiency in drafting and negotiating real estate agreements and contracts.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.Knowledge of real estate law and transactions.Experience with health care and construction agreements is advantageous.
