We are currently seeking a motivated and experienced Property Manager to join our team and oversee our residential property in Neptune, NJ. Job Description: Responsibilities: Rent Collections: Collect monthly rent from tenants. Ensure timely and accurate recording of rent payments. Follow up on late payments and manage delinquency procedures. Tenant Relations: Address tenant inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally. Foster positive tenant relationships to maintain high retention rates. Enforce lease agreements and property rules. Maintenance Management: Schedule and oversee routine and emergency maintenance. Coordinate with maintenance staff and external contractors to ensure timely repairs. Conduct regular property inspections to identify and resolve maintenance issues. Documentation and Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and organized tenant files and property records. Ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements. Prepare and distribute notices and correspondence as needed. Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree in property management, business administration, or related field preferred. Minimum of 2 years of experience in property management or a related field. Strong knowledge of property management principles and best practices. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in property management software and Microsoft Office Suite. Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
