WHO WE NEED : We’re looking for a Senior Software Development Manager (Mobile) who is eager to jump in and lead a couple of development teams using mobile and web technologies and coach a group of 10-15 people (developers and testers). If you're a fit, the following things should sound like you: Proven experience managing software development teams (typically at least 2-3 years) Demonstrated capability in overseeing multiple products and platforms Experience managing either iOS or Android teams is a plus Successful track record in leading cross-functional and interdepartmental projects with significant impact History of implementing sustainable and impactful changes within development teams and among direct reports, utilizing best practices and new technologies Strong background in hiring, retaining, and developing high-performing developers and leaders Ability to manage multiple teams and/or concurrent projects with frequently changing priorities Hands-on experience with iOS or Android programming, including knowledge of Swift or Kotlin, is highly desirable ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES : Effectively lead and coordinate teams at the product and department level Meet/exceed department-level quality and change management standards while seeking improvements Evaluate team construction and move resources to build the right team to solve the problems they face Maintain strong working relationships with executive and management peers across the organization Be capable of solving cross-team problems without Director / Executive support Be a critical contributor to department senior leadership meetings Benefits and Perks: Part of our mission statement is to provide a great life for our employees.
