Responsibilities The Senior Systems Designer plays a critical role in designing custom residential systems installations, ensuring an exceptional client experience, optimizing profitability, maintaining industry installation standards, and setting projects up for long-term success. Qualifications 5+ years of experience of luxury residential system design experience AutoCAD and or Revit experience and proficiency 3 or more years of residential integration field experience D-Tools and or Portal Proposal experience 3 or more years of Lutron lighting and shading system Network infrastructure experience Strong organizational and communication skills (written and verbal) Knowledge of current industry trends Proven collaboration success with sales and technical team Benefits 100% Coverage for Employee Health Insurance 50% Coverage for Family Health Insurance 401k PTO Company Paid Holidays Company Computer/iPad Company Vehicle Compensation Starting at $90,000 Powered by JazzHR
