A privately-held real estate property management company located in the Silver Lake area is looking for a Senior Paralegal to join a small legal team. If you are serious-minded and honest individual who is looking for a solid company to call home, this is the opportunity for you!!! Duties: Discovery (propounding and responding)Assisting with preparation/filing of Motions, Answers, Complaints with associated documentsWitness interviews, preparation of Declarations and various documents with Courts/Arbitration servicesOverall Attorney support.Scanning, copying, emailing, and preparation of Excel spreadsheets.Other duties assigned by management Qualifications: 5 years minimum experienceYou have worked in a law office performing work as above describedParalegal credential (or are certified by an attorney)College degree is preferred, it is not must.Background check and drug screening are required.
