Position: Marketing and Operations Associate Kernel Labs is on the hunt for a Marketing and Operations Associate, offering a full-time, remote opportunity to be an integral part of our dynamic and evolving team. This role is designed for those who are passionate about diving deep into marketing strategies while maintaining a keen eye on operational efficiencies. As a startup, we value versatility and the ability to wear multiple hats, making this position ideal for individuals eager to engage in the multifaceted world of tech innovation. Primary Responsibilities Marketing Work (1/3 of time): Develop and execute innovative marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility and engagement. Analyze market trends and customer feedback to inform marketing approaches and product development. Create TikTok and Instagram posts to increase visibility of applications. Measure and report on the performance of marketing campaigns, adjusting strategies as needed to meet objectives. Operational Work (2/3 of time): Use our operations spreadsheet and email notifications to ensure that operation items are completed on time. Familiarity with accounting and financial systems is preferred but not required. Working on proposals, applying for rebates and grants, and tracking installations for an energy start-up. Requirements Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution. Exceptional organizational skills, capable of managing multiple projects with varying deadlines. Analytical abilities to interpret market data and measure campaign effectiveness. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, facilitating effective collaboration across teams. Demonstrated problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, startup environment. Flexibility and adaptability to manage shifting priorities and unexpected challenges. Salary and Benefits Annual Salary: $50,000 Benefits: Comprehensive benefits package, including health, dental, and vision insurance, and more.
