As a Graphic Designer/Product Photographer you will have the opportunity to produce visually captivating designs paired with compelling product imagery. In this dynamic role, you'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to create marketing materials, product packaging, and digital assets while also taking ownership of product photography, coordinating photoshoots, and ensuring high-quality imagery that showcases our products effectively. All applicants should submit a portfolio or your work in graphic design and product photography to be considered for this role.Responsibilities· Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create visually stunning designs for various marketing materials, product packaging, and digital assets.· Utilize your expertise in product touch-ups and photography to enhance the visual appeal of our products and elevate our brand.· Take ownership of product photography, coordinating photoshoots, providing art direction, and ensuring high-quality imagery that showcases our products effectively.· Photograph a wide range of products in our in-house studio or on location.· Ensure that all product images meet our quality standards and accurately represent the products.· Edit and retouch product images as needed to enhance their visual appeal and ensure consistency across all platforms.· Follow and maintain a consistent brand identity across all design projects and stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices.· Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute creative ideas to support overall marketing initiatives.· Collaborate with team members to ensure projects are completed efficiently and on time to meet internal and external customer expectations.· Provide guidance and mentorship to junior designers, helping them develop their skills and grow professionally.· All other responsibilities as neededRequirements· A high school diploma or equivalent required· Bachelor's degree in graphic design or related field strongly preferred· Minimum of 5 years of experience working as a graphic designer, with a strong portfolio showcasing your design skills and expertise in product touch-ups and photography.· Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.).· Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.· Strong attention to detail and a keen eye for aesthetics.· Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.· Experience with product photography and photo editing software.· A passion for creativity and a desire to push the boundaries of design.· Proven ability to multi-task and prioritize time in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environmentPerks/Benefits· 401(k)· 401(k) Matching· Medical· Dental· Vision· Life· Short & Long Term Disability· Generous PTO· Employee Discount ProgramPowered by JazzHR
