Responsibilities:• Supervise and lead a team of staff members during shifts to ensure smooth operations and exceptional guest service.• Purpose: To maintain high standards of customer satisfaction and efficiency in daily operations.• Enforce company policies, procedures, and safety protocols to create a safe and secure environment for guests and staff.• Train and onboard new employees, providing guidance on job responsibilities and company standards.• Purpose: To ensure all team members are equipped with the necessary knowledge and skills to perform their roles effectively.• Address and resolve any guest concerns or issues promptly and professionally to uphold the hotel's reputation for exceptional service.• Purpose: To cultivate positive guest experiences and loyalty towards the establishment. Qualifications:• 2+ years of experience in a supervisory role.• 4+ years of experience in Food and Beverage service.• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.• Strong problem-solving abilities.• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings.• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record and reliable transportation.
