Responsibilities: • Work closely with the sales lead to stay up-to-date on service and product knowledge• Communicate frequent customer suggestions to the team to troubleshoot• Resolve customer complaints in a friendly and timely manner to ensure high customer satisfaction• Utilize scripts to handle difficult customer situations and bring them higher up, if necessary• Answer incoming calls on product and service questions, customer complaints, and general customer inquiries• Educate potential customers about the advantages of community solar and how it can reduce their energy costs while supporting clean energy initiatives.• Generate leads through various channels such as cold calling, door-to-door outreach, community events, and referrals.• Conduct initial consultations with potential customers to understand their energy consumption patterns and determine their eligibility for the program.• Provide personalized recommendations to customers based on their energy needs and preferences.• Assist customers with the enrollment process, including completing necessary paperwork and facilitating communication with utility companies.• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales activities, and enrollment status.• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth customer onboarding and ongoing support.• Stay updated on industry trends, regulatory requirements, and competitor offerings to effectively communicate value propositions to customers.• Participate in training sessions and professional development opportunities to enhance product knowledge and sales skills.• Represent the Goldman Team in a professional manner and uphold our commitment to customer satisfaction and environmental sustainability. Qualifications: • Must have graduated high school, received a G.E.D. or equivalent• Excellent active listening, interpersonal, and communication skills • Experience working in a customer-oriented atmosphere Compensation: $75,000 About Company: Our dedicated team strives every day to provide our clients with the best services.
