Responsibilities: • Help clients determine best offer price and assist through closing the deal to ensure a pleasant and fair transaction for all parties involved• Provide buyer clients access to homes under contract as needed for measuring, inspecting, etc. so process is done in a timely manner• Assist the lead agent by showing homes to buyer clients that meet their needs and budgets that results in more sales• Refine buyer’s criteria in order to select additional homes to show as necessary• Schedule showings of homes with buyer clients, listing agents home sellers in a timely fashion Qualifications: • A valid Real Estate License is required for this job• Self motivated and able to perform tasks independently• Willing and able to spend a lot of time driving• Familiarity with CRM and marketing/lead technologies or ability to learn new systems quickly• Professional in attitude and appearance Compensation: $60,000 at plan earnings About Company: Competitive commission-based compensation.Access to cutting-edge technology and tools.Opportunities for professional development and growth.Supportive and collaborative team environment.Potential for flexible work hours and remote work options.
