Apply today to find out how you can become a part of our team. We are seeking a Warehouse Assistant Supervisor to become an integral part of our team! The Warehouse Assistant Supervisor will perform or delegate duties in managed areas, communicate daily goals and special projects to team members, follow up on all email communications in a timely manner, assist management with daily tasks, report on production metrics and safety goals Responsibilities:• Assist in supervising and overseeing the activities of warehouse personnel to guarantee the proper packing, labeling, and storage of goods.• Familiar with ASN and the use of customer portals for customer notification of shipments.• Coordinating with the MFG QA team, including returns for inspection.• Ensuring all necessary daily reports are up to date, such as daily sales forecasts, pick count, and KPIs.• Proficient in all VA operations, capable of instructing VA leads in Resleeving, Sync Slitting, Band Slitting, Rebranding, and Matching techniques.• Assisting OE and ID distribution leads• Knowledge of John Deere procedures, such as assembling buggies from manufacturing, packing using GPR, and processing PRDORD, is essential.• Provide support for selecting and handling orders, stepping in when necessary due to absenteeism.• Backup Cycle Count Clerk, including SOX/Audit critical, unlimited access for SAP.• Coordinate Access to WARP/SAP via Cherwell.• Effectively listen and communicate with team members.• Ensure safety by carefully observing your surroundings.• Regular attendance and punctuality are expected. Qualifications:• Desire to lead and train others.• Understanding of forklifts and order pickers.• Proficient in mathematics.• Familiar with handheld scanners.• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.• Follow up on all action items.
