You'll learn everything from industry fundamentals to advanced sales techniques• Licensing Support: We will guide you through the process of obtaining your mortgage loan originator license, covering the cost of the required courses and exams• Career Growth: Our company promotes from within, offering you numerous opportunities for advancement• Supportive Team Environment: Work alongside experienced professionals who are eager to help you succeed• Competitive Compensation Package: Commission, with potential for significant earnings as you grow within the company!• Full-time and on-site position Responsibilities: • Act as the primary contact between our clients and our company and schedule and conduct meetings to discuss any follow-up issues or items that need to be addressed• Follow up and respond to customer and in-house inquiries on transactions as needed in order to provide superior customer service• Provide administrative support such as screening and making calls, booking appointments, etc.• Gather and coordinate necessary loan documentation necessary for verifications and underwriting such as loan files, loan packages, credit reports, and additional mortgage application paperworkKey Responsibilities: • Assist clients in securing residential mortgage loans by evaluating their financial information and guiding them through the application process• Develop and maintain relationships with clients, realtors, and other industry professionals• Stay informed about industry trends, products, and regulations• Provide exceptional customer service and support throughout the loan process Qualifications: • Excellent customer service and communication skills and willing to go above and beyond for customers and team• Comprehension of basic loan financing options such as conventional loans, FHA, VA, adjustable/ fixed, commercial loans, etc. • NMLS license or training is not required, but is desired Compensation: $80,000 - $250,000 yearly About Company: Lakeview Lending is a growing financial institution dedicated to providing top-tier loan services to our clients.
