Responsibilities: • Implement and carry out strategies to acquire new clients in your sales territory• Maintain up-to-date information on our services and products, industry, competition, and market conditions in order to present them to clients and ensure customer needs are met• Go to in-person or online trainings, meetings, trade shows, and sales events • Help company stay on top of all developments related to new business opportunities, sales activities, and customer needs through our CRM• Schedule and attend phone and on-site client consultations Qualifications: • Should have working knowledge of a CRM• We prefer if you have a bachelor’s degree or high school school diploma• Applicant must have strong customer service, communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills • Proven track record of sales experience, 3-5 years• You must have driver’s license and reliable vehicle• Prior experience in construction and remodeling sales Compensation: $60,000 - $90,000 yearly About Company: Our mission isn't complicated: as a basement company operating in Northern Colorado, we are here to transform basements into comfortable living spaces for homeowners.
