Responsibilities: • Help buyers with refining their home criteria and select additional homes to show• Research information about potential properties, communities, schools and amenities so client questions may be answered• Schedule and attend on-site property inspections with clients and vendors to help ensure a smooth process• Oversee the entire process from writing offers to close to ensure client satisfaction• Schedule showings of homes with buyer clients, listing agents home sellers in a timely fashion Qualifications: • Willing and able to spend a lot of time driving• Familiarity with CRM and marketing/lead technologies or ability to learn new systems quickly• Driven, motivated and desires professional growth• Self-starter and able to work with minimal supervision Compensation: $75,000 About Company: We don’t aspire to be the biggest real estate team in the region, just the best.
