Responsibilities: • Negotiate and effectively communicate details between sellers and potential buyers to facilitate transactions • Manage and qualify inbound inquiries to generate appointments so our agents can respond to customers quickly and efficiently• Understanding client needs and offering solutions and support to increase sales opportunities• Provide up-to-date information regarding customers and where they are in the home buying and selling process so that agents act quickly and efficiently• Achieve productivity, appointment setting and revenue targets while responding efficiently to customer inquiries (usually in the form of sales leads) in order to meet the needs of our customers• Maintain and grow existing partnerships to expand our sales results• Utilize various marketing platforms to bring exposure to Builders in the area• Building relationships with sales counselors in the north side of Houston (Hwy 249 and up), through constant visits, lunches, happy hours, and dinners• Connect builders with our marketing team to execute marketing concepts Qualifications: • Strong problem solving skills with solution oriented focus• Driven to succeed in sales and in life• Possesses relationship building skills, able to uncover client needs and find new sales opportunities• Has excellent organizational, time management and follow-up skills• Familiarity with CRM and marketing/lead technologies or ability to learn new systems quickly• Presentable• Sales experience a plus• Outgoing• Self-motivated• Responsible• Interpersonal skills Compensation: $70,000 - $100,000 yearly About Company: Nicole Freer Group is a top-producing real estate team in the Houston Metro.
