Requirements: · 5+ years of direct project management experience on $20M+ projects (schools & higher education project experience highly preferred) · Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or a related field. Applicable experience may be substituted for the degree requirement.· Current PMP (Project Management Professional) or CCM (Certified Construction Manager) certifications· OSHA 30· Organized, with great attention to detail· Effective presentation skills both to internal and external groups· Well versed in excel and all MS Office Programs· Strong and proactive communication (written, phone, and in person)· Ability to work well with colleagues, subcontractors, vendors, architects, designers, and the communityWhat is Offered:· Salary Range: $115,000-$135,000 commensurate with experience· 100% COVID-19 vaccinated project management team· Free medical, dental, and vision insurance for the employee. 75% cost sharing for family coverage including a domestic partner· Tuition reimbursement, student loan repayment, 401k matching, and 529 college savings plans· 20 days of PTO/year, flexible hybrid remote working arrangements, the latest technology, and tools to do your best work· Opportunity to make an impact on a diverse team with decades of professional experience
