Are you an experienced leader in Labor & Delivery looking to take the next step in your career? We are seeking a dynamic and dedicated Director of Labor & Delivery to join our team in Sanford, NC. As the Director of Labor & Delivery, you will oversee all aspects of our Labor & Delivery department, ensuring exceptional patient care and operational excellence. JOB TITLE: Director of Labor & Delivery LOCATION: Sanford, NC SALARY: $100,000.00 - $125,000.00 SIGNING BONUS: Yes BONUS DESCRIPTION: $15,000.00 RELOCATION PACKAGE: Partial Responsibilities: Provide leadership and direction to the Labor & Delivery team, including nursing staff, physicians, and support staff. Develop and implement policies, procedures, and protocols to ensure the highest standards of patient care and safety. Collaborate with other department leaders to optimize workflow, resource utilization, and patient outcomes. Monitor departmental performance metrics and implement initiatives for continuous improvement. Must-Haves: 1.) Bachelors degree is required2.) Two years experience at a Director level required3.) Registered Nurse in North Carolina or Compact state is required Nice-To-Haves: 1.) Knowledge of community hospital and midwifery model2.) Experience with level 2 nursery / NICU (or above)3.)
