Anesthesia physician employment in Pennsylvania : Locums Brookville, Pennsylvania, Anesthesiology Opening Clinical Role: Do you know someone that might be a good fit for this position? Will grant temp privileges: June 3-7 may include one-night call June 17-21 may include one-night call June 24-28 may include one-night call Specialty: Anesthesiology Start Date: 06/17/2024 Contract Length: 13 Weeks, with option to extend. Shift Details: Monday thru Friday, 8 10 hours a day Schedule: M-F starting at 6:30AM and working 8-10 hours per day Support staff: CRNA at each location. Amount of coverage needed per month: Monday through Friday Patients per day: this will vary by facility but at DuBois (their busy, trauma hosp) avg cases per day is 40 which includes endoscopy, and they have 4 ANES on per day and 15-18 CRNAs they will share supervisory. The smaller facilities are much lower volume. Patient population/age: adult and geri Department description: Anesthesiology EMR: Cerner Hospital bed size: DuBois - 272, Clearfield - 50, Brookville - 35, Elk 163 Skills required: Bread and Butter General Anesthesia; ENT, GYN, OB (only at DuBois), plastics, endo, urology, ortho, vascular, neuro and thoracic. DuBois does trauma but the other hospitals do not. No head, no hearts, no OB everywhere except DuBois. Practice Setting: Hospital Board Certified Required Active PA License - Required (Will consider IMLC if provider is an outstanding candidate) DEA: Yes CSR: No Certifications required: BLS and ACLS Minimum experience required: 2 Years Allow RecruitWell to set up a phone call with you and the client to discuss more!
