Communications & Creative Director

PURPOSE: The Communications & Creative Director is responsible for providing oversight, direction, and vision for all Communications Ministry areas, including Marketing, Social Media, Website, Photography and Graphic Design, ensuring efficient management and fostering a culture of connection and empowerment within the community. This role requires a dedicated individual with a passion for community building, strong leadership abilities, and a commitment to effective communication and organization. SKILLS: Strong organizational skills with a servant’s heart approach. Excellent written communication abilities. Proficiency in computer and social media platforms. Systematic approach to managing time, resources, and people. Experience with Graphic Design, specifically using Adobe Suite, Canva or other Graphic Design software. TIME COMMITMENT: 35 hours per week, including Sundays. This is not a remote position therefore office hours are spent in the office in South Philadelphia. Participate in staff gatherings including Staff Chapel, Staff development meetings, retreats and all other all-staff gatherings throughout the year. Commitments may include weekend and evening events as scheduled.
