Then now is the time to explore the Possibilities of PepsiCo.ResponsibilitiesThe Modesto Traffic Team Supervisor will be responsible for leading and ensuring minimal customer service disruptions, facilitating growth in our team members, and ensuring a safe workplace that exceeds not only out customers' expectations, but our employees. * Oversee daily work of frontline traffic team. * Participate in overall traffic center performance focusing on ensuring financial decisions help meet the P&L * Works cross-functionally with Warehouse and Sales teams to ensure customer service meets the level of excellence standards through multiple go to market streams. * Oversee and ensure a positive employee experience for the frontline traffic team. * Oversee and ensure the traffic department always operates in a safe manner. * Oversee mode selection analysis on the use of common carrier or internal fleet. * Develop and hold team members accountable for achieving individual, team and business unit goals. * Ensure direct reports meet business and behavioral expectations through coaching, accountability, and career development action plans. * Oversee ensuring carrier execution meets transportation requirements, including, but not limited to meeting the requirements of internal and external customers, and ensuring safe operations while moving PepsiCo goods. * Participate in the development of a mix of carriers to ensure adequate capacity availability that meets cost requirements. * Ensure all 3rd party and internal carriers meet safety, quality, and customer service standards; develop action plans when areas of opportunity are identified.Compensation & Benefits: * The expected compensation range for this position is between $50,600 - $75,950 based on a full-time schedule. * Location, confirmed job-related skills and experience will be considered in setting actual starting salary. * Bonus based on performance and eligibility; target payout is 5% of annual salary paid out annually. * Paid time off subject to eligibility, including paid parental leave, vacation, sick, and bereavement. * In addition to salary, PepsiCo offers a comprehensive benefits package to support our employees and their families, subject to elections and eligibility: Medical, Dental, Vision, Disability, Health and Dependent Care Reimbursement Accounts, Employee Assistance Program (EAP), Insurance (Accident, Group Legal, Life), Defined Contribution Retirement Plan.Qualifications * High School diploma or state-issued equivalency certificate plus four (4) years or bachelor's degree is required. * Two (2) years of leadership experience with demonstrated team building, leadership and mentoring skills is required. * Work off-shifts, weekends and overtime is required. * Previous transportation or logistics experience is preferred. * Strong analytical and influencing skills. * Proven ability to effectively address and resolve conflict. * Proven ability to lead, influence and manage cross-functional stakeholders. * Ability to lead and manage company fleet of transport drivers. * Skilled in the use of Microsoft applications * Frito-Lay does not sponsor for employment-related visas for this position now or in the future EEO StatementAll qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, protected veteran status, or disability status.PepsiCo is an Equal Opportunity Employer: Female / Minority / Disability / Protected Veteran / Sexual Orientation / Gender IdentityIf you'd like more information about your EEO rights as an applicant under the law, please download the available EEO is the Law & EEO is the Law Supplement documents.
