ResponsibilitiesAs the Metroplex warehouse admin you'll contribute to the success of the Dallas Service Center, Dallas Auxiliary Warehouse, and Irving warehouse by coordinating support function noted below. This role is designed to support all sites and service team to support the metroplex S&D the staff and frontline. Responsibilities includes, cost efficiency, payroll process, asset ownership among multiple support functions. Key Accountabilities: * Support the Safety Agenda * Maintain conference Room scheduling and room set-up for meetings and trainings. * DSC/DAW/Irving Whse Asset owner * Lan Admin support duties and Asset auditing to ensure compliance. Computer & Printer ordering for DSC/DAW. Audit assets to ensure we are lean and finding saving opportunities. * Annual Uniform ordering roll out for DSC & DAW. * Support of R&R, event catering for the sites. * Provide ad-hoc projects analyses as requested by managers * Daily attendance inputs and discipline communications for DSC and DAW * Removing obstacles and support for frontline & administrative team members * Maintain Employee welfare area which includes all Break area supplies. * Requisition completion Point for Employee related & Operations supplies for DAW/DSC * Payroll Back up for DSC/DAW/ArlingtonCompensation and Benefits: * The expected compensation range for this position is between $37,000 - $66,400.00 based on a full-time schedule. * Location, confirmed job-related skills and experience will be considered in setting actual starting salary. * Paid time off subject to eligibility, including paid parental leave, vacation, sick, and bereavement. * In addition to salary, PepsiCo offers a comprehensive benefits package to support our employees and their families, subject to elections and eligibility: Medical, Dental, Vision, Disability, Health and Dependent Care Reimbursement Accounts, Employee Assistance Program (EAP), Insurance (Accident, Group Legal, Life), Defined Contribution Retirement Plan.Qualifications * High Schoold Diploma, Bachelors degree preferred * Strong experience with Microsoft Suite, Kronos experience. * Operations/logistics or supply chain experience preferred with +2 years of supervisory experience * Ability to collaborate across multiple sites and across multiple staff members * Your ability to lead a team-based approach to decision-making and * Demonstrated ability to work in a results-oriented, challenging environment * Effective Communication Skills and time management skillsEEO StatementAll qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, protected veteran status, or disability status.
