It is the foundation of The Memorial Experience.Summary:Coordinates activities and flow of work for Occupational Medicine/Employee Health services.Responsibilities:Collaborates with multidisciplinary teams to assist with problem identification and resolution, cost containment issues, implementation of new services, and systems/performance measures.Prioritizes multiple tasks and projects to ensure timely completion. Coordinates required employee health testing and immunization. Coordinates employee wellness events.Partners with workers compensation, employee injury, and or infection control as needed. Collaborates with Medical Review Officer as needed. Ensures compliance with EHS budget.Provides direction, orientation, training, coaching, and mentoring to staff. Performs or assists with performance evaluations and performance management of staff. Performs and oversees scheduling, recruitment and payroll. Serves as a resource to staff regarding departmental/area policies, procedures and services.Facilitates the development, implementation and evaluation of program or area services and initiatives.
