Drives programs from original concept through final implementation. Partners and collaborates with stakeholders throughout the business unit to gain consensus and drive program completion. Provide program governance ownership, which includes monitoring and managing program scope through the change mgmt. process, establishing and maintaining regular cadence of program governance to communicate state, escalations and decision rises and issues to ensure leadership engagement. Provide financial oversight inclusive of: monitoring budget, run rate, forecast, cost savings and delta reporting. Will provide findings and financial details to the executive team on a timely basis (Monthly, quarterly or upon request).Collaborate with cross functional stakeholders around progress, milestones and status of the initiative leveraging appropriate tools and communication matrix. Develops processes across programs and ensures consistent implementation. Lead weekly and monthly status report meetings as appropriate to ensure proper progress and communication throughout the CoreLogic eco system. Adheres to program management methodologies as designed by the program management team. Partners with internal and external customers, business partners, and others to understand and prioritize business goals and information needs related to the project, driving results.Job Qualifications:Education, Experience, Knowledge and Skills* Bachelor's Degree* 5+ Years managing large-scale technical projects and programs in an Operations environment, Call Center Operations is a plus* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple priorities.* Demonstrated track record of establishing priorities and meeting deadlines.* Has excellent written and verbal communication skills, technical writing experience is a plus* Results oriented person with the ability to adapt to a constantly changing environment* Ability to establish personal credibility and build trust quickly.* Project Management certification (e.g. PMP) is a plus.CoreLogic's Diversity Commitment:CoreLogic is fully committed to employing a diverseworkforce and creating an inclusive workenvironment that embraces everyone's uniquecontributions, experiences and values.
