Experience Required * PGA Class A Professional preferred but not required. * Private Club experience preferred but not required. * Golf Genius Tournament Software experience preferred. * Multiple POS Systems experience preferred. * Tee Time System experience preferred. * Club Fitting experience preferred. Essential Responsibilities * Assist all facets of golf operations of high-end private club. * Assist with Member check in and daily play. * Control and manage the tee sheet. * Assist Pro Shop daily opening and closing procedures. * Assist with Pro Shop Merchandising * Assist in managing tournament operations and weekly events. * Assist Player Development Professional in all programming. * Assist with Junior Golf Programming/Leagues * Conduct individual lessons and/or clinics. * Assist management of outside services operation. * Assist management of golf cart fleet, cart barn, club storage. * Assist management of USGA Handicap System (GHIN). * Provide club repair and club fitting services to Members. * Assist Pro Shop merchandise management. * Play and promote golf with Members of all skill levels. * Assist on course professional marshalling and pace of play. * Assist management of practice facilities. * Always conduct oneself in a professional manner. * Must be able to occasionally lift/move 20-50 lbs. * Must be able to stand for long periods of time, walk, crouch, and climb stairs.
