Where You Belong.Job SummaryThe Member Experience Coordinator will play an integral part on the Member Experience Team supporting project work and goals. Creating remarkable experiences for our Club Members before, during, and after every visit. What we prioritize as Warm Welcome, Magic Moments, and Fond Farewells.Day-to-Day * Coordinate and oversee event set-up, ensuring all aspects are meticulously arranged for a seamless experience * Collaborate with vendors, including florists, photographers, entertainment, etc. to ensure all event elements align with the Club's standards and member expectations * Demonstrate a proven track record of executing events at the highest level, consistently enhancing content quality and the overall member experience * Assist in the coordination of marketing efforts, supporting promotional activities to increase member engagement and attendance at events * Manage event logistics by entering detailed information into club software, ensuring accurate records and smooth coordination between departments * Provide on-site support during events, addressing any issues promptly and ensuring that all activities run smoothly from start to finish * Maintain a keen eye for detail, ensuring that all event elements, from decor to seating arrangements, reflect the Club's standards of excellence * Act as a liaison between various departments to ensure seamless communication and coordination leading up to and during events * Continuously seek opportunities to innovate and improve event processes, striving to exceed member expectations and enhance the overall Club experience * New Member welcome calls | "warm welcome" | invitation to New Member Facebook group * Man Social Media by responding to posts, verifying events, etc. * Members First updates to events and registration * Support in completion of New Member data entry and follow-up About You * Minimum of one year experience in hospitality business or a similar role. * Service-oriented mindset making every guest feel valued. * Strong communication skills verbal, written, phone, text, and social media communications. * Work well under pressure, coordinating multiple tasks at any given time. * Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. * Positive phone demeanor. * Advanced working with Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Outlook, and Excel. * Positive attitude and be willing to work as part of a team.
