Summary The Toddler Teacher is responsible for executing curriculum and managing day-to-day activities of the classroom. Teacher must provide a safe and nurturing environment for children 24 months to 36 months. Duties ~ Develop lesson plans and classroom activities based on developmentally appropriate practices and encourage participation by children.~ Ensure materials are prepared to properly deliver daily lessons ~ Create a caring and safe environment for children.~ Help ensure smooth, daily transitions for children. ~ Assist with diapering, potty training, and/or toileting depending on age group. ~ Prepare, cook, and deliver meals in accordance with food safety guidelines. ~ Maintain supervision, hygiene, and safety of all children in accordance with state regulations.~ Maintain frequent communications with parents through Brightwheel and informal discussions. ~ Maintain and document children's attendance and meals. Requirements ~ 18 years of age or older ~ High School Diploma or equivalent ~Childcare experience ~ Must clear full background check and must pass health screening. ~Dependable, High energy and the ability to communicate, and work well with others. ~ Ability to multi-task and respond to demanding job duties Nice To Haves CPR and First Aid certification preferred CDA or associates in related field preferred Benefits $750 Sign On Bonus Weekly Pay Childcare Discount Paid Holidays Paid Time Off Earn your CDA for FREE Opportunities for career growth and advancement Hour Lunch Break Schedule: Monday - Friday (8:00AM-5:00PM)
