JOB PURPOSE: The Product Quality Auditor is responsible for ensuring that the quality of the product meets the established standards set by Conestoga Meats at various stages of production, including the quality of the finished product, as well as looking after room temperatures. The Product Quality Auditor will perform data analysis of all the results gathered and share it with employees. This role will also work closely with the lead hands and production supervisors to ensure appropriate corrective measures are taken when there is a deviation in production.
