Job Description: As a Maintenance Administrator, you will work in an office and shop environment, supporting the Shop Manager and Maintenance Team. You will support the shop through a variety of tasks related to organization and communication. You will be a central point of contact for vendors, clients, and employees. The administrator must comply with all safety rules while performing regular duties. Work Shift: Monday to Friday, 40 hours a week, 7:30 am - 4:00 pm Core Competencies: Strong verbal and written communication skills Determine priorities and schedule work effectively and efficiently High attention to detail and confidentiality and must be fully aware of the sensitivity of the position and act upon it accordingly High level of initiative and an ability to work under minimal supervision or direction Ability to multi-task in a multi-office/location organization and problem-solve while maintaining flexibility in a fast paced and deadline-based environment Qualifications & Skills Required:.
