The organization also delivers some province-wide health services and supports centralized administrative and business functions for Manitoba health organizations. Position Overview Reporting to the Operations Manager, Commercial Services, the incumbent is responsible for the day-to-day operations within the Commercial department, including: Parking Operations. Rental Operations. Cashier/Reception functions, receiving and depositing funds received in Commercial. Communicating with clients either in person, by telephone or email in a friendly professional and timely manner. Experience Minimum three (3) years' experience in a computerized financial department, preferably in a hospital environment. Previous experience with parking operations, rental tenancy agreements and reception required. Experience dealing with the public in a friendly and pleasant manner required. Education (Degree/Diploma/Certificate) Complete Grade 12 education, Manitoba standards, required. Business/Accounting Diploma from a recognized business college. A combination of education and experience may be considered. SPECIAL TRAINING: Knowledge of a Parking Access and Revenue Control System, preferably TIBA Smartpark, and the Residential Tenancy Branch would be an asset. Qualifications and Skills Preference will be given to those applicants competent in an Indigenous language and/or knowledge in Indigenous customs, traditions and.
