We sell fun and need leaders that are knowledgeable in our products (current knowledge or extreme curiosity to learn) are able to achieve sales goals by creating great customer/employee experiences and able to maintain a visually compelling store. What You’ll Be Doing Daily communication with clients via telephone, email and chat Ensure customer service issues are resolved by liaising with other departments and stores Recommend changes in products, services, and policies by evaluating results and competitive developments Keep management informed by submitting activity and result reports, such as daily call reports, weekly work plans, and monthly analyses Demonstrate strong organizational and follow-up skill Respond to pricing, billing, order status, late deliveries and proof of delivery issues Ensure pricing, operating principles and procedures are followed Controlling the flow of E-Commerce orders through our website and software Identifies current and future customer requirements by establishing rapport with potential and actual customers and other persons in a position to understand service requirements Ability to multitask/ organizational skills Plan, define and implement website changes and functional improvements Maintain and update the online marketing plan by coordinating with marketing team Inventory updates and label printing You Will Have e-commerce & customer support experience in.
