If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you to join our dynamic team at Influitive! Role Overview: As Director of Demand Generation at Influitive, you will be a key player in driving our company’s growth through strategic demand generation initiatives. You’ll leverage your deep expertise in Hub Spot to develop and execute multi-channel campaigns that engage and convert target audiences. Your proven experience in running successful ABM programs will be pivotal in nurturing high-value accounts and building lasting customer relationships. Responsibilities: Implement and manage Account Based Marketing (ABM) programs via 6Sense, tailoring strategies for high-value accounts. Develop and execute end-to-end demand generation strategies that align with company goals and objectives. Utilize Hub Spot expertise to optimize marketing automation, lead nurturing, and lead scoring processes. Collaborate with cross-functional go-to-market (GTM) teams to create compelling content, including whitepapers, case studies, webinars, and more. Analyze campaign performance metrics and leverage data-driven insights to refine strategies and improve outcomes. Manage budgets, timelines, and vendor relationships related to demand generation initiatives. Stay current with industry trends and best practices to continuously enhance demand generation efforts. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field 7+ years of proven experience in B2B demand generation within the Saa S industry. Expertise in Hub Spot and Salesforce with a strong understanding of marketing automation, lead management, and CRM integration. Track record of successfully planning, executing, and measuring.
