Shared Health leads the planning and coordinates the integration of patient- centered clinical and preventive health services across Manitoba. The organization also delivers some province-wide health services and supports centralized administrative and business functions for Manitoba health organizations. Shared Health Manitoba leads the planning and coordinates the integration of patient-centred clinical and preventive health services across Manitoba. The organization also delivers some province-wide health services and supports centralized administrative and business functions for Manitoba health organizations. Reporting to the Site Director or Site Lead, Human Resources Services, the incumbent participates in the provision of a variety of human resources services including staffing, employee relations, and labour relations. Experience Minimum of three years' experience in a unionized environment performing a broad range of Human Resource functions including: employee relations, labour relations and staffing. Previous experience using SAP is preferred. Previous experience with Attendance Management Programs is preferred. Education (Degree/Diploma/Certificate) Complete.
