Position Summary In addition to case managing a specialized, reduced caseload as part of the Wiisocotatiwin-Assertive Community Treatment (ACT) team, the Clinical Team Lead is responsible for providing clinical leadership to all members of the ACT team. The Team Lead provides consultation, support and direction to staff around the daily activities as it pertains to service delivery of its Participants within the ACT Program. This includes providing one to one clinical supervision, consultation, and mini team case planning meetings.
