The new Deputy Director & Chief Financial Officer (CFO) will serve as a key strategic business partner for issues related to finance and will have a seat at the table in setting the overall strategic direction of the institution. Reporting to the Director and Chief Executive Officer, the Deputy Director & Chief Financial Officer will provide strategic leadership for the ROM’s comprehensive financial management and will collaborate with the Executive Leadership Team to support the overall mission of the ROM. The CFO will oversee the full range of finance, accounting, payroll, and procurement functions to ensure the integrity of financial information and the financial planning that are supported. .
