If so, consider the following opportunity: The Bid Management team is comprised of dedicated proposal management professionals that share a common vision: be the “go-to” team trusted to lead all RFPs for Rogers Business. Reporting to the Senior Manager, Bid Management, the successful candidate will collaborate with Sales, Solutions, and other SMEs across the company to create compliant, compelling, and competitive proposals that best demonstrates how Rogers delivers innovative solutions that drive business outcomes for our customers. While we prefer the successful candidate to work on-site in Montreal, we will also consider exceptional candidates who can work hybrid in cities where Rogers has a main office. Responsibilities: Manage the RFP response process for simple, standard, and complex opportunities according to established corporate policies, deal governance, and internal best practices Participate in opportunity qualification, bid/no bid decision-making, risk identification/mitigation, and other d eal review & approval forums Utilize Loopio to drive RFP content,.
