Job Duties: • Bake mixed doughs and batters• Ensure quality of products meets established standards• Work with minimal supervision. • Work with specialized cooking equipment such as a deep fryer. • Should be able to cook all kinds of desserts – barfi, laddu, gulab jamun, rasgulla, ras malai, Halwa, Kheer, Seviyan Badana etc. • Estimate sweets requirements and costs. • Clean the kitchen and work areas. Job Requirements: • Completion of Secondary School is required. • 3 years or more experience as a Baker/Sweet Maker. Terms of Employment: - Wages: - $27.75 per hour- 40 hours per week. Overtime of $1.5/hour starts after 40 hours per week. Location of employment: - 9526-120 ST Surrey BC V3V4C1, Canada Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Work under pressure, Attention to detail, Repetitive tasks Personal Suitability: Dependability, Client-focus & Accurate.
