About Our Opportunity As the HRIM Specialist you will report to the Manager, HR Data Management and primarily be accountable for corporate Organizational Management (OM) system support and day-to-day HR database master data and system management support. You will support corporate restructuring and organizational design initiatives and lead and participate in HR initiatives which improve OM system functionality and value. You will also administer and maintain SAP HR security access for PSC employees and for front-line managers in government, ensuring that SAP system security is maintained as per corporate policies and guidelines. Through your work, you will ensure the continuous integrity and reliability of HR data, ensuring continuous improvement to organizational charts to support corporate partners and information sharing, including payroll, HR, departmental managers, and senior management. Participating in project teams you will enhance SAP functionality, provide expert advice, and complete testing and verification activities, to ensure the integrity of system data. You are also expected to provide expertise on all the SAP data and interface components which require OM system functionality.
