Position Overview Under the general direction of the Program Director and the Clinical Director and in collaboration with a designated physician, and while demonstrating a commitment to the Mission, Values and Management Philosophy of St. Boniface General Hospital, the PROGRAM TEAM MANAGER provides leadership for the health care team in providing patient centered care. The Program Team Manager ensures that the adequate human and material resources are available to support performance goals and the 24-hour delivery of safe, quality patient care. The Program Team Manager seeks to promote and maintain a positive, professional team oriented environment. Experience Minimum of two(2) years recent, related clinical experience required (program specific). Two(2) years previous management experience in a health care setting required. Education (Degree/Diploma/Certificate) Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing, or allied health discipline required. A graduate degree in a health related discipline, or in management, is preferred. Certification/Licensure/Registration Registration with appropriate licensing/regulatory body required. Qualifications and Skills Ability to lead interprofessional team.
