The Idea Center Coordinator will support the various customer service teams that provide customer financial and energy saving programs including:* Administer residential customer rebate information requests* Supporting various Customer Service teams in keeping projects moving forward and programs well organizedTo be successful in this role, we're looking for candidates who are detail-oriented, extremely organized and love being a part of a team. * There's a lot of innovation in our industry and we want positive, can-do people who are resilient through the challenges that sometimes come with change.* Excellent communication and interpersonal relationship skills as you partner with various internal teams.* Critical thinking, prioritization, and extremely good organizational skills in order to support the variety of needs and projects.* Relevant work experience in marketing, customer service and/or accounting is preferred.
