The Role: Reporting to the Director, People and Culture, our Payroll Specialist will be responsible for overseeing and administering all aspects of payroll processes, including reporting requirements for Travel Alberta team members ensuring accuracy, compliance, and efficiency. This position will also have accountability with respect to People and Culture program and process administration. You are known for your expert level knowledge when it comes to Canadian payroll regulations and possesses excellent analytical, data entry, problem-solving, customer service and communication skills. You understand the importance and defined value exceptional administration of key programs and process adds to team member experience overall inside an organization. You are consistently called upon to generate reports, manipulate data sets, run reporting scenarios and are an individual who’s excel skills are actively sought out by leaders and colleagues.
