Job Purpose The primary role of this position is to create high-quality documentation of business requirements and development activities through implementation and production delivery, while ensuring alignment with strategic objectives and to assist in the digital transformation of the company. Primary Responsibilities Act as a key liaison and strategic advisor between internal stakeholders and the IT team translating complex requirements into solutions and transitioning requirements in a clear manner to developers and team members. Ensure consistent and updated knowledge of strategic priorities, business goals and objectives, and risks to align projects and applications. Develop and implement a framework including standard templates and best practices to collect and manage requirements accurately and concisely. Analyze current state, perform gap analysis, document and recommend potential solutions for improvement. Proactively research software, hardware, and systems products and provide recommendations to ensure project initiatives are met prior to crisis.
