Position Overview Reporting to the Director of the Provincial Health Contact Centre (PHCC), the Senior Business Analyst provides business and technical leadership to the operation of the PHCC and uses analytical ability, creativity and judgement in analysing, developing and implementing solutions to address complex requirements. The Senior Business Analysis is responsible for managing business development and strategic business design of new initiatives, completes business requirements, functional requirements, stakeholder analysis and business process analysis with limited guidance. Provides mentoring and training of department business analysis staff; performs evaluations of staff. The Senior Business Analyst manages a group of non-clinical staff. Experience Seven (7) years progressively responsible experience in a high-volume contact centre environment with an emphasis on conducting business analysis to improve operations. Three (3) years as team lead and/or equivalent supervisory/management experience. Experience managing the scheduling process and providing effective workforce management to ensure that service standards are met in a unionized environment. Five (5) years experience in project management to develop and improve operations including the management of technical and business projects and the development of business rules to guide operations. .
