Job Summary As a Technician I for our clinical pathology team located in Laval , you will be responsible for performing the analysis of biological specimens generated by Charles River activities. All tasks are performed in compliance with Good Laboratory Practices (GLP) at all times. In this role, key responsibilities may include: Perform the preparation and the analysis of samples Perform the quality control procedure and maintenances on the different instruments Perform the activities in a timely fashion by adhering to preset schedules Ensure the integrity of the studies and fulfill the regulatory agencies requirements by performing the activities according to the GLP, SOP and health and safety rules Perform all other related duties as assigned Key Elements We are looking for the following minimum qualifications for this role: College diploma in science Relevant experience is an asset Reading and writing English is required. Bilingualism is preferred Basic working knowledge of computers Ability to work under Time constraint and adapt to change Demonstrate flexibility and ability to work independently Please note that upon being hired, you will have to undergo an annual tuberculosis test at the expense of the company. Role Specific Information: Location: Laval (Boul. des Prairies) / Free parking Annual bonus based on performance Schedule: Mostly daytime Monday to Friday.
